Kay became involved with us when we were looking to rebrand. We looked at a number of different marketing and PR companies, but went with Kay because her values are similar to ours, and she really understood our vision.

The rebranding involved a complete overhaul of brand, and was led by a comprehensive strategic marketing plan developed by Kay for our specific needs. Kay used this to guide us through changes in brand identity, communication style and then resultant redesign of our website, as well as all sales and marketing material.

She managed the whole process really well. It’s like when you’re building a house – you have a project manager to manage the process smoothly – and that is what Kay did for us. We don’t have the capacity to do this ourselves, and it is a relief to have someone else who can do it, and do it well.

Kay has a complete understanding of what we want to portray – so we have been able to just leave her to it, meaning that we could concentrate on the business of running our organisation. I also appreciate the way that she understands the uniqueness of our organisation. We often partner with other organisations, and she has worked collaboratively with them to create PR opportunities that will benefit them also.

Since the rebranding was completed, the last 10 months has been about building up marketing collateral and sending out regular communications to our stakeholders. Again, we have been able to just leave Kay to it, know that it will get done, and done well.

Kay understands what we want to achieve – we want to tell a story, not sell a product. For us it’s about telling the story and getting the message out there.

Kay is very easy to work with and delivers on her promises. She is very innovative, but I also appreciate her honesty. For example, when we review designs for brochures – she is upfront about what she likes and doesn’t, and explains why. I know she is always looking out for our best interests.
