Kay loves ideas, people, big pictures, great stories and anything that might serve as a whiteboard. She leads our strategic processes, and has the knack of drawing out the pertinent facts, stirring them around a little and delivering recommendations that are both insightful and practical.

She has a degree in marketing and brings practical wisdom from a diverse career in NZ and South Africa. Kay has worked with big name brands Toyota, JWT, Unilever, McCain and golf legend Gary Player. More recently she has supported SMEs in building, infrastructure, real estate, not-for-profit, professional services, health and education.
